Convenience is a fundamental part of our Overseas Delivery program. So, when it's time to take delivery of your new Volvo, you have the option of picking it up from the Gothenburg Factory Delivery Center or one of 11 other delivery centers located throughout Europe.

Free Delivery
Pick up your new Volvo from the Factory Delivery Center in Gothenburg and delivery is free of charge. Transportation to the delivery center is also provided free of charge, whether you are arriving from the airport, city center, the ferry terminal, or your hotel. Many of our customers recommend spending the first night at the hotel and take delivery the next day being fully rested.

You can pick up your new Volvo from any one of 12 delivery centers throughout Europe. However, while vehicles picked up at the official delivery center in Gothenburg are completely free of additional delivery charges, those picked up from other locations will incur the following costs*:

Changing Pickup Dates
If your plans change, and you would like to pick up your car at a later date, you must contact your Volvo retailer. If you do not notify your Volvo retailer concerning delivery date changes, your car will not be ready for delivery in Europe. This will help avoid any unnecessary delays. You will find your pickup date on the order confirmation form you receive from the Overseas Delivery Office.

Please note: A power of attorney is not accepted when picking up an Overseas Delivery car at any of the delivery points.
